Overview of my art background and interests
Photography
Mainly with an analog camera Ryx has a special view for capturing moments that easily can be overseen in our hectic world. As someone who tries to live as much in the present moment as possible, they take the time to find the right moment for a shot.
Writing
Ryx not only journals on a daily basis, but also likes to find words to express deep emotions and give them a written output. Whatever comes out of their feather, is usually not for convincing someone about a truth or believe, but rather to understand each other or point light towards injustices. Their latest written work is an interactive journal that provides guidance and beautiful artworks for the user to dive into their own subconsciousness and explore the internal world.
From acrylic to aquarelle, now diving more and more into digital illustrations, Ryx loves to take a brush and let the colours roll since their childhood. They might not be a realistic painter, but rather paint intuitive and out of inner debates between the never subsiding self-doubt and the warrior-personality. Paintings that evoke the viewers own inner critics and find equilibrium within themselves. Get in touch for commission projects!

Filmmaking
Another tool Ryx has recently discovered as a layer of expressing themselves is the art of creating short films to transform the intangible into something one can digest. Performance Art
Ryx has been dancing their entire life. It started with ballet, evolved into contemporary, hip-hop and breakdance and is now a mixture of all that plus ecstatic/expressive dance using the language of the body to convey their message into the world.
Design
